Return & Refund Policy

At SteedVision, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our return policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and easy to follow.

 

1. Return Period

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.

 

2.  Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.

Approval: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return address.

Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA number inside the package.

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged upon arrival or you received the wrong item, SteedVision will cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us for a prepaid shipping label.

Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., "no longer needed" or "purchased by mistake"), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

 

4. Restocking Fees

We believe in transparent pricing. SteedVision does not charge any restocking fees for returned items that meet the return conditions.

 

5. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.).

Processing Time: You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your CCTV tester or equipment arrives damaged or develops a fault within 7 days of delivery, please notify us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

 

7. Return Address

All returns are processed at our central facility. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer without an RMA number.
